Certified Women’s Business Enterprise

In celebration of Women’s History Month, Groundwork Strategies is pleased to announce it has been certified as a Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) by The State of New Jersey. This certification affirms we are a woman owned and operated business.

Tricia Mueller and Michelle McCormick founded Groundwork Strategies in 2016 with the goal of meeting the individual needs of clients. As female political consultants, Tricia and Michelle understood the need for a woman led business in a typically male dominated field. They knew Groundwork Strategies would be an important voice in the general consultancy space and have worked to create opportunities for more women in the profession.

Tricia Mueller and Michelle McCormick have a strong personal commitment to working with other female entrepreneurs. As Groundwork Strategies has grown over the past four years, Tricia and Michelle have collaborated with other women run businesses and are dedicated to helping those businesses to succeed as well.
