Four years ago today, Tricia Mueller and Michelle McCormick started Groundwork Strategies as a vehicle for change. By building diverse teams and using our ethos to guide our decisions, we are doing all that we can to create more shared opportunities within our personal and creative communities. However, there is still a long road ahead.
Today, America is both angry and mournful as the recent murder of George Floyd has once again shined a light on systemic racial divides that lead to injustice. We, as allies, must continue to not only speak out against racism and violence, but more importantly use our privilege to change the system so it works for everyone.
